Acceptable use policy

Do not build or publish

• Anything unlawful, or anything whose main purpose is to help somebody break the law.
• Sexual content involving children, in any form, generated or otherwise. This is the one rule with no warning attached: we report it and close the account.
• Content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against a person or a group.
• Malware, credential harvesters, or a tool designed to attack a system somebody else runs.
• Anything designed to deceive about who made it or where it came from, including impersonating a person or an organisation.
• Work that infringes somebody else’s copyright or trademark. See the copyright page for how to report it.
• Personal data about somebody who did not give it to you.

Do not do this to the service

• Do not attempt to break out of the build sandbox, reach another account’s data, or interfere with anybody else’s builds.
• Do not use Rendeer as general-purpose compute. The build environment exists to build design tools, not to run whatever you like on our server.
• Do not resell access, share one account between several people, or automate sign-ups.
• Do not scrape the community at a rate that degrades it for other people. If you want the data, ask.
• Do not work around credit limits, plan limits or rate limits.

Reporting something

Every published tool and every comment carries a report control, and reports are reviewed. For a copyright claim specifically, use the process on the copyright page, because that one has legal requirements a report form cannot capture.

Anything urgent, and anything involving a child, goes to hello@rendeer.design and is dealt with first.

What we do about it

Depending on what happened, we remove the content, hide it from the community, suspend the account, or close it. We tell you what was removed and why, unless telling you would interfere with an investigation or put somebody at risk.

If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice. A person reads it.
